Kanboard is a minimalist, open-source Kanban board for visual project management and task tracking — a lightweight self-hosted alternative to Trello. It ships with a built-in SQLite database; all project data and config.php live under /var/www/app/data via a custom mount path. Default login is admin / admin — change it immediately after first login.
